• Lead store operations with focus on profitability and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, retail/ops role.
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to lead multiple functions.
• Willingness to work peak days and weekend shifts.
• Ability to manage reporting, budgets, and inventory controls.
