📋 Description

• Lead store operations to maximize profitability and efficiency
• Manage inventory with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction
• Partner with General Manager to address process or system gaps
• Move dynamically on the sales floor and in back-of-house areas

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including openings/closings
