📋 Description

• Lead store operations to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Manage inventory, shipments, floor replenishment, and BOH standards.
• Ensure a safe, inviting store environment; move across floor and back of house.
• Oversee Operations Associates; recruit and develop talent.
• Partner with Visual Managers and store leadership to execute initiatives.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Excellent use of company performance tools to drive growth and improvement.
