• Collaborate on budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ Years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to move dynamically on the retail floor.
• Directly oversee the Operations Associates; recruitment & development.
• Open to variable shifts incl. peak days and weekends.
