Operations Lead - Village at Rochester Hills

📋 Description

• Lead store ops to drive profitability and efficiency
• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Oversee shipment, receiving, processing, transfers, replenishment, floor sets
• Partner with Ops & Visual Manager to manage budgets, expenses, vendor relations
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business, team and guests
• Lead and develop Operations Associates; recruit and coach talent

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Able to move dynamically on the retail floor to assess needs
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication
• Receptive to feedback and coaching
• Able to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends
