Operations Lead - Westfarms Mall

📋 Description

• Lead store operations to drive profitability and efficiency
• Coordinate with Operations & Visual Managers to delegate work and provide feedback for optimal
• Move between sales floor and back of house; perform tasks to keep store clean, safe, inviting, and
• Lead and execute key operational functions: shipment/receiving, floor recovery, replenishment
• Monitor inventory accuracy, investigate issues, and escalate process gaps with GM
• Protect and maintain visual standards and safety on the sales floor

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities and ability to mentor staff
• Ability to lead by example and set strong visual and operational standards
• Strong analytical skills to leverage metrics for business-driving decisions
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical store tasks
