Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Accountable to client SLA and site quality/fulfillment targets.
• Create/daily ops strategy for safe, productive campus.
• Develop direct reports.
• Manage full client responsibilities including 2nd shift and weekend shifts.
• Lead performance management for the area.
• Plan/communicate shift directives to ensure efficiency and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; HS degree or GED accepted.
• LEAN/Six Sigma process improvement experience; Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 2+ years progressive Operations management experience.
• Experience managing up to 100 associates.
• Analyze data to identify defects and root causes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel; intermediate math skills.
