🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business/management or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years' experience in TANF programs
• 3 years supervisory experience or equivalent
• Strong customer-focused service delivery and communication skills
• Ability to work across all management levels
• Driving position with valid driver's license and auto insurance
