Must have 5+ years in operations, process improvement, or management consulting.
Degree in industrial engineering, business, finance, or related field.
Strong written and spoken English; able to write for a senior audience.
Proficient with spreadsheets and at least one PM tool (ClickUp/Asana/Monday).
Self-starter, resourceful, and able to build plans in unfamiliar settings.
Willingness to complete a one-month training program before placement.
