• Coordinate content and client-success teams under the Founder; grow to ownership.
• Set operating rhythm; chase deliverables, track health, escalate issues.
• Run the operational backbone so the Founder can focus on growth.
• Track and flag issues before they reach the Founder.
• Drive rollout of new tools, processes, and team initiatives.
• Document recurring workflows; build central SOP library; apply improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations with direct support to a founder/CEO.
• Background in outsourcing/BPO or support services; understands service delivery.
• Formal process-improvement cert (Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Lean) with measurable results.
• Strong systems thinker; able to document, measure, and improve workflows; create SOPs.
• 200% into AI; familiar with Claude; eager to build AI workflows.
• Experience coordinating or managing teams and owning outcomes; strong English communication.
