Operations Manager, Consumer Financing

📋 Description

• Build and run financing workflows across origination, underwriting, funding, servicing.
• Manage operational cadence, deal tracking, escalations, and SLAs.
• Create checklists, controls, and documentation standards.
• Identify bottlenecks; design improvements to speed and reduce errors.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, templates, and QA processes to enable scaling.
• Translate operational needs into clear product/engineering requirements; support testing and rollouts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in operations, fintech/lending ops, or process-heavy roles with credit/lending exposure.
• Thrive in high-ownership environments; initiative, fast, drive outcomes with limited oversight.
• Strong operational judgment balancing speed, customer experience, and risk/quality.
• Analytical skills; comfortable using data (often imperfect) to prioritize and measure impact.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail; strong communication across business and tech teams.
