🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience

  • Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication
  • Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
  • Independent work ethic, time management and personal accountability
  • Navigate organization balancing business needs with brand culture
