📋 Description

• Oversee and support execution of key operational processes
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues; escalate process gaps with Manager
• Champion operational standards for the salesfloor using performance data
• Support sell-through by ensuring inventory counts and labor coordination
• Represent the business in meetings with the General Manager
• Review and monitor budget, reporting and business data; inform planning

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge
• Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication
• Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Independent work ethic, time management and personal accountability
• Navigate organization balancing business needs with brand culture
