📋 Description

• Lead store operations, inventory management, labor planning and scheduling.
• Ensure the store is customer-ready and operates efficiently on the floor and back of house.
• Oversee key operational processes and escalate gaps with the Manager.
• Represent Operations in meetings and align with store leadership on goals.
• Support budget, performance data, and planning workflows to optimize store outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds; stand and move through shift.
• Agile, able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Independent work ethic with time management and personal accountability.
