🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Korean fluency (spoken and written) and professional-level English.
• Deep knowledge of South Korea business landscape, consumer culture, and ops norms.
• Proven track record managing complex projects and external partnerships in Korea.
• Fintech or cryptocurrency industry experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• 3+ years of experience in operations management, vendor relations, or similar.
