• Native-level Korean (written and spoken) and professional English.
• Proven track record managing complex projects and partnerships in Korea.
• Prior fintech or cryptocurrency experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of the South Korean market, culture, and ops.
• Ability to build and leverage vendor relationships to achieve best outcomes.
