🎯 Requirements

3+ years in operations management, vendor relations, or similar in high-growth tech.
Native Korean; professional English (written and spoken).
Proven track record managing complex projects/partnerships in Korea.
Fintech/crypto experience preferred.
Strong problem-solver; able to work independently in remote/hybrid setting.
