📋 Description

• Join part of the London-based Operations team in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
• Support corporate sales through signing, onboarding, invoicing, and contract management.
• Lead internal and cross-functional projects related to the Corporate Operations roadmap.
• Improve processes with automation opportunities and AI tools.
• Produce regular SLA/KPI reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with partners and corporate clients to deliver exceptional service.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree level or equivalent in a business-related field (ideally).
• Minimum 3 years in a similar B2B role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organised with strong interpersonal skills for corporate clients.
• Adaptable and customer-centric with stakeholder management experience.
• Experience with Salesforce and Intercom is beneficial.
