Operations Manager, Mental Health Evaluations

📋 Description

• Lead a team of 6+ in clinical ops
• Serve as day-to-day ops liaison for clinical team
• Develop SOPs to improve efficiency and quality
• Implement QA metrics aligned with best practices and SLAs
• Manage escalated patient cases and timely resolutions
• Analyze data to identify issues, capacity, and trends

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of clinical ops experience managing a team
• Clinical training preferred but not required (MSW, RN)
• Highly organized self-starter; diagnose issues quickly
• Strong project and team management skills
• Passion for transforming mental health through technology with a human touch
