• Manage Tri-Share and SubPool operations, ensuring clear, reliable processes for enrollment
• Improve workflows and documentation; partner with Product and Engineering to implement platform
• Identify friction and lead practical improvements that are scalable and efficient.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support launches and growth into new markets.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in operations, program management, implementation, or similar roles.
• Strong process-improvement and systems-thinking skills.
• Experience translating operational needs into clear requirements with Product/Engineering.
• Curiosity and confidence using AI tools to improve workflows and surface insights.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-centered mindset with sound judgment in operational issues; empathy for childcare
