📋 Description

• Own day-to-day operations across production, quality, logistics, and fulfillment
• Own the operational side of QA processes - work with R&D and Quality to ensure consistent
• Build trusted partnerships with manufacturers and shipping partners worldwide
• Lead strategic operational initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and cost
• Design processes and operating models to help Oasis scale globally
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Quality to launch new capabilities
