Operations Manager, Product & Engineering

📋 Description

• Run the operating cadence for Product & Engineering: own planning cycles, roadmap workflows
• Design and optimize processes like product reviews, retrospectives, team syncs, and engineering
• Build and maintain roadmaps, planning docs, capacity trackers, dashboards, and retros for alignment
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Eng, Design, Legal, Sales, and Ops
• Partner with product, eng and marketing leads to create scalable goal-setting (OKRs)

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years in Product Operations, Business Operations, or Program Management in a high-growth
• Proven track record building and scaling operational processes from scratch
• Highly organized with rigor, structure, and momentum in ambiguous situations
• Excellent written and verbal communicator across stakeholders and levels
• Experience partnering with Legal, Product, Engineering, including third-party vendors
• Comfort with tools like Linear, Figma, Google Drive to create durable systems
