Operations Manager, Product & Engineering

📋 Description

• Run operating cadence for Product & Engineering: planning cycles, roadmap workflows, initiative
• Design/optimize processes: product reviews, retrospectives, team syncs, demos
• Build/maintain artifacts: roadmaps, planning docs, capacity trackers, dashboards, retros
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Product, Eng, Design, Brand, Sales, Ops
• Partner on goal-setting & prioritization (OKRs) and scalable execution
• Analyze data/feedback to reduce friction and improve outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years in Product Ops, Business Ops, or PM in a high-growth, product-led company
• Proven track record scaling operational processes from scratch
• Highly organized, methodical, with rigor and momentum
• Excellent written/verbal communication across stakeholders
• Comfort with tools like Linear, Figma, Google Drive; system-minded
• Strong analytical skills; Excel/Sheets; SQL or dashboards a plus
