📋 Description

• Oversee key operational processes in-store.
• Lead inventory management, labor planning and scheduling.
• Maintain a customer-ready store environment on the sales floor and back of house.
• Manage budget, performance data and planning processes with the General Manager.
• Champion operational standards for salesfloor and back-office operations.
• Ensure safety, efficiency and alignment with ALO’s mission.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong people leadership with coaching and development skills.
• Proven ability to manage inventory accuracy and process gaps.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule including peak holidays.
