Operations Manager - Stone / Marble Fabrication

📋 Description

• Lead and develop shop staff: hire, train, schedule, and coach.
• Collaborate with GM to implement policies and systems.
• Design and optimize operations: handling, storage, and inventory.
• Enforce receiving, inventory, equipment use, and shipping policies.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
• Analyze inventory to maximize utilization and reduce costs.

🎯 Requirements

• Must pass a drug test.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Technical background in natural stone and quartz fabrication.
• Familiar with blueprints, sketches, models, or project descriptions.
• 3+ years of management experience with at least 5 direct reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Alpha Cam and Auto CAD.
