🎯 Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to lead a team.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data-driven thinking.
• Ability to manage budgets, performance metrics, and scheduling processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
