Operations- Performance Analytics- AVP

📋 Description

• Own design, documentation, and maintenance of performance calculation logic across asset classes
• Produce and interpret performance at fund, deal, asset, investor, and share class levels.
• Reconcile outputs to accounting/fund admin data and resolve variances with audit trails.
• Build attribution frameworks and benchmarking analyses for context on performance.
• Lead a team of ~3 analysts; set standards, review work, and mentor juniors.

🎯 Requirements

• 7 to 10 years in performance analytics or related quantitative role in asset management.
• Direct private markets experience and knowledge of fund structures, capital calls, valuations, and
• Ownership of performance calculation logic; able to explain methodology and potential
• Strong private markets metrics knowledge (gross/net IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DPI, RVPI, Dollars at Work).
• Advanced Python and SQL; capability to build, test, and maintain production-quality analytics code.
• Experience reconciling analytics to accounting/fund administrator data; documented audit trail.
