Lead operations improvement and project management for Audit Operations.
Assess current SOPs and diagnose to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Maintain a priority project list and manage with Audit team leadership.
Identify operational pain points and turn them into structured improvement projects.
Bridge Operations with Quality, IT, Sales, Customer Service, and Training to drive solutions.
Coordinate stakeholders, track progress, and deploy best practices across Operations teams.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Admin, Operations Management, or
Experience in operations, project management, continuous improvement, or operational excellence.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication; willingness to travel and fieldwork.
Fluent in English; second language is a strong plus.
