• Lead cross-functional merchandising ops across partners and events.

• Oversee end-to-end merchandising lifecycle: planning, forecasting, logistics.
• Manage inventory, logistics, data, and sales performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree-qualified with a project management background.
• 3-4+ years in consulting, operations, analytics, supply chain or merchandising.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Retail/merchandising experience with forecasting, budgeting, inventory control or logistics.
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational skills; data-driven with KPIs and dashboards.
