📋 Description

• Establish a unified operational safety framework across automotive, trucking, and industrial
• Own safety ownership map, defining responsibilities and cross-functional dependencies.
• Develop safety-driven procedures with Systems Engineering and Program Management.
• Represent Operations in change control and deployment readiness reviews.
• Own operational compliance including permits, obligations, audits, and regulatory changes.
• Ensure fleet safety compliance: inspections, maintenance, safety-critical parts, defect

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in operational compliance, transportation safety, or program management; 3+ years in
• Proven ownership of compliance programs and framework.
• Experience standardizing processes across multiple programs/sites.
• Strong root cause analysis and CAPA skills with verified closure.
• Audit-ready documentation and robust recordkeeping experience.
• Excellent written communication for operator procedures and executive summaries.
