Support onboarding and identity verification (KYC) for clients with internal teams.
Monitor and analyze customer issues to identify process gaps.
Collaborate with internal departments for platform inquiries and needs.
Create and maintain FAQs, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Provide operational support and perform tasks as directed by the Supervisor.

🎯 Requirements

Fluent Mandarin and English; additional languages a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and proactive mindset.
Independent problem solver; able to suggest service improvements.
Strong numerical and analytical thinking.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
Experience in customer service, operations, or risk management is a plus; shifts.
