📋 Description

• Ensure smooth daily field operations: monitor performance, create/refine playbooks and SOPs
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify root causes using field operations data; collaborate with
• Own end-to-end processes like invoicing and asset tracking to support business success
• Audit performance of functional areas against SLAs; identify and escalate risks and inefficiencies
• Support the Bluebikes team in maintaining relationships with city partners and address
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, clients, and vendors, handling challenging conversations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in operations leadership in a fast-moving environment such as
• Experience using Google Sheets and data analysis tools to identify inefficiencies and propose
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail with ability to see the bigger picture
• Proven data-driven problem-solving with the ability to think on your feet
