📋 Description

• Support ERS operations across outsourced research
• Coordinate data integration, invoicing, KPI tracking
• Assist with sample logistics and budgeting
• Prepare dashboards for sourcing activities
• Collaborate across internal teams and external partners
• On-site operations near La Jolla or Groton as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in organic chemistry or related science
• Lab/research ops or scientific support experience
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent written/verbal communication, detail oriented
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Spotfire
• Familiar with Ariba, SharePoint, SAP or ability to learn
