📋 Description

Review security documents for completeness and recording requirements
File security documents with appropriate governmental entities
Verify client-provided documents during the account creation process
Assist in preparation and filing of account closing documents
Assist other departments with document requests and record-keeping

🎯 Requirements

At least 2 years in US loan or mortgage tasks
Liens, Deed of Trust, Vesting, Heloc Refi knowledge
Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency, speed, and accuracy in written communication
Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience in financial services
Based in the Philippines; available US Pacific time 9 AM to 7 PM
