Advise and support clients throughout the entire logistics process with a solution-oriented
Communicate and coordinate seamlessly with key partners including customs, carriers, and internal
Prepare and document manual quotations accurately and efficiently to ensure compliant execution.
Leverage data analysis to monitor customer processes and proactively drive quality enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of practical experience in Sea Freight operations with a deep focus on Export business.
Proven ability to adapt and flexibly support Import operations in a dynamic team environment.
Highly data-driven and organized work ethic with a strong attention to detail.
Business fluency in Polish and good English skills for effective communication in a
Proactive mindset and strong analytical skills to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
