Operations Supervisor

📋 Description

• Work with Operations Manager on daily priorities and align with business goals.
• Maintain roster of active agents; replace inactive ones per policy.
• Monitor attendance and ensure 8-hour daily shifts are completed.
• Conduct daily test calls and quality checks against standards.
• Provide coaching when quality or performance issues arise.
• Support workforce growth toward 100 active agents.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in operations, workforce management, or related field.
• Ability to manage distributed/remote teams with accountability for attendance, productivity, and
• Experience coaching when issues arise and monitoring performance.
• Strong organizational skills for rosters, schedules, and records.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, databases, and invoicing data.
• Attention to detail and clear written/verbal communication.
