Lead a multi-station production department in a fulfillment center
Oversee inbound operations and end-to-end production, including inventory management
Ensure safety, quality, and productivity per standards
Coordinate shift activities to meet DC procedures and outbound quality
Support lean culture of inventory, people, and processes

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, operations or 2 years of managerial experience
Experience in warehousing/3PL/distribution or manufacturing preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
English/Spanish bilingual desired but not required
Ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment
