Operations & Visual Manager - ABQ Uptown

📋 Description

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues with GM
• Lead visual standards for the salesfloor and coordinate with data/performance insights
• Ensure a safe, efficient store environment and labor alignment for deliveries
• Represent the business in meetings with General Manager and cross-functional partners
• Develop and implement succession planning and recruiting strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Represent and communicate operations goals; strong interpersonal and written skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
• Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks in changing environment
• Independent work ethic, time management, personal accountability
