📋 Description

• Oversee key store operational and visual processes
• Manage inventory, labor planning, scheduling, and visuals
• Keep the store customer-ready: safe, clean, inviting, efficient
• Enforce strong visual standards using business data
• Lead the Operations & Visual team; coordinate budget, metrics, planning
• Partner with GM in meetings and store planning

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication
• Agile and able to multitask in a changing environment
• Demonstrated leadership and KPI-driven team coaching
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for a full shift
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
