🎯 Requirements

3–5 years in data analytics/science or similar, ideally fintech/payments.
Strong Python, SQL, and PySpark; experience with large-scale data processing.
Experience designing ETL/data pipelines with data validation for reliability.
Familiarity with Spark, Airflow, and Git version control.
Proficient with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau) and dashboards.
Solid statistics knowledge: hypothesis testing and data mining.
