• Bachelor’s degree in IS/IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in software engineering with leadership experience.

• Advanced SQL/PL/SQL with performance optimization and scalable DB design.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle APEX security practices (RBAC, auth, session mgmt, secure coding).
• Frontend tech: HTML, CSS, JavaScript for APEX customization.
