📋 Description

• Lead functional design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle CC&B/CCS and Market Transaction
• Define and optimize market transactions, customer switching workflows, and regulatory rules.
• Act as the liaison between business, development, and validation teams.
• Provide leadership across data conversion and related solution workstreams.
• Support UAT, issue resolution, and readiness activities.
• Contribute to deployment planning for production readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in functional design/consulting for Oracle CC&B/CCS implementations.
• Strong expertise with Oracle Utilities Market Transaction Framework (MTF) and customer switching.
• Understanding of utility industry processes, regulatory requirements, and customer lifecycles.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle Utilities MDM or related utilities (OFS, C2M).
• Experience with data conversion, UAT, deployment readiness, and enterprise delivery.
• Ability to define rules, configure complex processes, and translate requirements into solutions.
