Gather requirements and provide bids/estimates for projects.

🎯 Requirements

Oracle Cloud Experience 8+ years.
SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle BI Publisher.
Expertise in OIC Gen2/Gen3; Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud / Oracle HCM Cloud.
Technical lead with estimating and planning skills.
Experience leading reporting implementations and 3+ ERP/HCM deployments.
Hands-on BI Publisher templating (RTF/Excel/Bursting).
