Design and manage Oracle RAC for high availability and scalability.
Configure and maintain Data Guard standby databases, switchovers, and failovers.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues affecting health and reliability.
Analyze SQL execution plans and tune bottlenecks for improvements.
Develop and execute RMAN backup and recovery strategies; validate backups.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proven Oracle DBA experience in enterprise environments.
Extensive Oracle RAC administration and troubleshooting.
Strong Data Guard setup, monitoring, and failovers.
Advanced SQL tuning; AWR, ASH, ADDM, execution plans.
RMAN backup/recovery and disaster recovery planning.
