Oracle Database and Application Support Analyst

📋 Description

• Support Oracle DB and apps for 100+ customers
• Work with on-prem, private, and public cloud systems
• Apply software updates and upgrades
• Install new software and troubleshoot issues
• Review metrics; address DB performance and backup concerns
• Communicate with customers and provide solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Oracle DB management incl. upgrades
• Install/maintain software on Solaris, Linux, or Windows Server
• Deploy Apache Tomcat-based web apps
• Strong customer interaction via video/phone/email
• Troubleshoot using Oracle tools like STATSPACK and OCI Analytics
• Familiar with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Ivanti or similar)
