Oracle Database and Application Support Analyst

📋 Description

• Role can be remote or Hybrid, subject to location.
• Support software solutions for 100+ customers across on-prem, private, and public cloud.
• Apply software updates and perform technology upgrades.
• Install new software and troubleshoot related issues.
• Review metrics; address database performance and backup concerns.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide innovative solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Oracle Database Management including upgrades for single-instance environments.
• Experience installing and maintaining software on Solaris, Linux, or Windows Server.
• Deployment of Apache Tomcat-based web applications; improve web services capabilities.
• Strong customer interaction via video, telephone, and email.
• Ability to troubleshoot using Oracle tools like STATSPACK and OCI Analytics.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools (ServiceNow, Ivanti or similar).
