Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

📋 Description

• Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules for federal baseline and client needs.
• Support Fit-Gap analyses comparing federal processes to baseline platform.
• Decide if requirements are met OOTB, via config, or need customization.
• Create functional design docs and configuration workbooks.
• Build and execute test scripts; support UAT and production releases.
• Release and validate configurations in non-prod and prod post go-live.

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship required for work authorization.
• Active Public Trust clearance required.
• Undergraduate degree (or equivalent years of experience).
• 2-5 years of relevant functional/technical experience.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configuration in at least one module.
• Experience gathering requirements and writing functional design docs.
