📋 Description

  • End-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll for NA clients.
  • Configure, validate, test, and deploy Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare Functional Solution Designs, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
  • Support data conversion, SIT, UAT, and payroll cutover activities.
  • Provide remote client-facing knowledge transfer and post-go-live support.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–8 years Oracle HCM with Payroll expertise.
  • Hands-on with at least 3 Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
  • Experience end-to-end from Discovery to Hypercare.
  • Cross-functional module experience: Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, GL.
  • Strong client-facing communication for remote engagements.
  • Oracle Cloud Payroll Certification a plus.
