🎯 Requirements

4–8 years of Oracle HCM experience with Payroll focus.
Proven hands-on in 3 Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
End-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll experience across lifecycle.
Experience with Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, GL.
Strong client-facing communication; remote engagements OK.
Oracle Cloud Payroll certification a plus; US regs knowledge desirable.
