Oracle HCM Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team delivering Oracle HCM Cloud projects and production support.
• Manage multiple workstreams: configuration, development, integrations, testing, deployment.
• Partner with HR/Finance to translate requirements into tech solutions.
• Design functional solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Recruiting.
• Lead workshops, solution design, and UAT to ensure best practices.
• Oversee release management and quarterly Oracle updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud with 5+ years in techno-functional/development roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, or related field.
• Deep Oracle HCM expertise: Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Recruiting.
• Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader, BI Publisher, OTBI.
• Integration experience: Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong stakeholder communication and project leadership skills.
