📋 Description

• Enter customer orders into internal systems accurately.
• Track orders from entry to fulfillment, monitor milestones.
• Coordinate shipments with operations and carriers.
• Communicate shipment status to customers and stakeholders.
• Generate and enter invoices in QuickBooks on time.
• Verify pricing, quantities, terms against docs.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in order entry, invoicing, or related role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read POs, quotes, contracts, and basic tech docs.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
